Who I Am

I am Tayum Sanjo, a government employee serving as Lower Division Clerk (LDC) at the Directorate of Medical Education (Training & Research), Naharlagun, Government of Arunachal Pradesh. Alongside my regular service, I am a self-driven software developer with over 15 years of hands-on IT experience, building practical, real-world solutions for Government departments and organisations.

I hold the DOEAC 'O' Level certification from NIELIT (formerly DOEAC) — the nationally recognised foundation-level qualification in IT — which gave me the strong technical base I have built upon over the years.

My Background

My journey in IT began over 15 years ago. What started as a personal interest in computers grew into a deep expertise in software development, database management, web technologies and desktop application development. Having worked in a Government environment throughout my career, I understand Government processes, budget structures, audit requirements and departmental workflows from the inside — something that no outside IT vendor truly has.

Over the years I have single-handedly designed and deployed complete software systems for institutions like the Department of Medical Education and the Health Department, Government of Arunachal Pradesh — systems that are actively used today by real officers and staff.
